Curriculum

Our online curriculum developed by TUGI members and volunteers is accessible to everyone, even if you are not part of TUGI. We are working hard to create online curriculum for teachers, students, and parents. Below you will find modules and lesson plans that can be used in the classroom, activities, education youtube videos, recipes, and resources to start your own garden.
Modules

These three modules are highly interactive programs that provide students with content and activities to engage with and understand different environmental topics.
1. Food Insecurity
2. Nutrition
3. Climate Change
Activities

Here you can access different crafts and games that will enrich your knowledge on environmental science and provide a way for you to be more sustainable.
Recipes

Our recipes provide fun and eco-friendly ways to make food at home. All of our recipes are entirely plant-based and often are produced by members of our TUGI community!
Youtube Videos

Check out our YouTube channel for short, easy-to-understand videos on different topics. A few of our Youtube Videos include learning how to compost, make your own paper, and more.
How to Start a Garden

Here, we provide a tutorial and resources on how to start a garden, no matter if it is at your home, school, or community center. Check out our plant guides and raised bed guides.
